About the Initiative
Helping Humans’ Skill Development Initiative focuses on inclusive, demand-driven training that bridges the gap between learning and employment. We design short courses, hands-on bootcamps, and mentorship programs tailored for rural youth, women, and smallholder farmers to access better livelihoods.

Ramesh struggled to find stable work after completing school. Through our NGO’s Carpentry Skill Development Program, he received hands-on training and guidance. Within 6 months, Ramesh started his own small furniture workshop. Today, he not only earns a stable income but also employs two other young men from his village.
Sunita was a homemaker with limited opportunities. She joined our Tailoring & Stitching Course, where she learned modern stitching and embroidery skills. With a small sewing machine provided by our NGO, she now runs a tailoring shop. Sunita also trains other women in her community, empowering them to become self-reliant.
Ankit had to leave his studies due to financial issues. He enrolled in our Basic Computer & Digital Literacy Program. After completing the training, he secured a job as a data entry operator in a local company. With his growing digital knowledge, Ankit now dreams of becoming a full-stack web developer.
